Will the gifts look exactly the same as given in the picture?

EXPRESSIONS makes an effort to provide gifts as shown and described on the web site. However, the appearance & taste of perishables on our product list may vary slightly due to the difference in preparation process in each city, regional and seasonal availability.

Are the gifts wrapped?

Our packaging and wrapping is designed in-house. We try to give each gift a tailored look. Cakes and flower boxes carry attractive packaging. Flowers are neatly wrapped in cellophane Trimmings (net & ribbons) are added to give an elegant touch. Fruit and sweets (Mithai) are delivered in corrugated baskets to sustain the quality and appearance of the products. The rest of the gift items i.e. fragrances; stuffed toys etc. are delivered in EXPRESSIONS’s gift bags. All gifts carry EXPRESSIONS tags.

Is there a greeting card along with the gift?

There is a greeting card along with each order. Please choose the greeting card you require from the drop down list on our order booking form. You could also add your own personal message on the order booking form, which would be go on the card.

What are your delivery timings?

Standard delivery hours at most locations are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Delivery hours may vary slightly at remote locations. View our network list for more details.

Do you deliver on holidays?

We make deliveries on holidays in some of the cities. Please view our network list for more details.

Is it possible to deliver on a particular time?

We offer time stipulated delivery i.e. we deliver on the time specified by you. You could choose any time slot (choose any 1 Hour) between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An additional amount would be charged for time stipulated deliveries.

What will I be charged? / What are your service charges?

There are no hidden costs. You would be charged exactly the price that is quoted under each product. This price includes our product, packaging and standard delivery charges. However, if you wish to avail any of our special delivery services, an additional amount will be charged. Our special delivery services are: • Sunday/Public Holiday delivery service • Same Day delivery service • Time stipulated delivery service

How do I make the payment?

Payments are accepted through credit cards only. We accept VISA & Master Cards and cash pickup option.

All information provided by our valued customers on the EXPRESSIONS website for registration as well as online purchase is treated as strictly confidential. Our site uses SSL technology and encryption to support secure on-line transactions.

What are the advantages of being a registered member?

Once you are a registered member, you would have a personal address book where you can save the addresses of your contacts and while placing the order you could select that particular contact from the list and our system would complete the details for you.

What is the advantage of an address book?

It eliminates the need to provide receiver information repeatedly. You could save the names and addresses of friends and family, which would simplify the order booking process for you. While booking the order you could select the person from the drop down list on the order booking form and our system would complete the details for you.

Is there a way to edit my personal information and address book?

Yes, you could edit your personal information. Click on ‘My Account’ on the navigation bar on the top of every page and select ‘Edit Profile’ from the list.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on forgot password on ‘My Account’ on the top navigation bar. Just insert the email address through which you registered and the password would be sent to your inbox immediately through a system generated email.

How do I place an order on your website?

Ordering at the EXPRESSIONS online store is easy. Just follow these simple steps. Add the products you want to be delivered in your cart. Fill out the order form by entering your personal information and delivery details. Proceed to the payment page and enter your payment details. We remain at your complete disposal for any additional questions you might have concerning your order or any other information you require. You could contact us via our Contact Us page if you have any other queries.

Why is my email address required?

Once you place your order, your order number will be sent to you on your given email address through a system generated email.

Where can I enter special instructions?

Special instructions can be added during the order booking process. You could add these while filling out the order form.

How do I know you have received my order?

As soon as you have booked your order, you would receive an auto-generated email confirming it. It will have an order number through which you would be able to track your order.

How do I know if my order got delivered? / How do I track my order?

Click the “”Track Order”” tab on the Sentiments Homepage. Upon entering the Tracking Id and Email Address, you will be shown the status of your order.

What happens if the recipient/consignee is not available at home/delivery address?

If the recipient is not available at the given address; our courier will deliver the gift to a person who’s available and will take down the signatures and relation of that person to the recipient. In case no one is available at the given address or if the address is closed our courier would leave a message card for the recipient. After coordinating with the recipient, our courier will make a second attempt. EXPRESSIONS will makes two attempts, after which the recipient is given the option to pick up the gift from the M&P Express logistics Pakistan Pvt Ltd. Main Office. In case, the recipient does not pick up the gift by the end of the day, the perishable item will be disposed off. An order attempted but not delivered at the end of the day is not attempted the following day. If it is attempted, it is treated as a separate order.

Is it possible to change the delivery details after I’ve placed the order?

Please try to give recipient’s correct address and phone number. In case of incorrect or incomplete information, please inform EXPRESSIONS within six hours after placing the order.

If you are a Pakistani resident, you can! We have 236+ express centers in Pakistan from anywhere you could book your orders. We also have pickup facilities available in all the cities of Pakistan. All you have to do is call up +92-21-111-202-202, ask for pickup facility, give your address and a courier will be available at your door to book the order.
